1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of publicutil.com and its subdomain tools (for example, sheet-merger.publicutil.com; together, the "Service").
2. The Service
The Service provides free, browser-based tools such as the Sheet Music Merger. No account is required.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to use any images, sheet music, or other materials you process with the Service. Do not use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, including copyright.
- You are responsible for how you use the output (printing, distributing, sharing, and so on).
- Do not disrupt the Service (for example, with excessive automated requests, attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, or spam feedback).
4. File processing
The Service processes the files you select inside your browser and does not upload or store them on a server. Results may vary, or processing may fail, depending on your browser and device, so always keep your original files.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it fits a particular purpose, or the quality or accuracy of its results (such as print size, color, or image quality).
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses such as data loss or print errors arising from your use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service after giving notice. In urgent cases, we may give notice afterward.
7. Intellectual property
The design, source code, and text of the Service belong to the operator. You keep all rights to the materials you process.
